Health Care Freedoms

Published by allykat at 4:00 pm under Health Care, john mccain Edit This

Here is the continuation post of McCain’s plans to help fix the high cost of health care.

  • Medicare and Medicaid will be reform so money is not spent medical errors and mismanagement. States options with Medicaid and coordinated payments and Medicare with private insurance.
  • McCain also wants a liability reform. People should have the right to legalities to bad medical practice, but not to frivolous lawsuits against the doctors. All of these frivolous lawsuits is oneHealth Care Freedoms of the reasons that health care costs so much, which I talked about in another post.
  • McCain will confront the problem of people who need long-term care, through state-based programs such as PACE that will offer counseling service and care to people who in a home arrangement.
  • Those with pre-existing conditions do not have to worry either, because not only did McCain support an Act that provided some protection against denial of pre-existing conditions, but you will build protection against the cost of pre-existing conditions as long as you are employed and insured. McCain will work to find solutions and easily accessible care for those with pre-existing conditions.

McCain will offer people more choices and help increase industry competition, which will help lower the cost. People will be able to buy from any insurance company across state lines. McCain is offering people more freedoms with their health care and does force anybody to have it.
