Obama American Prayer
There is a new video out with celebrities signing a American Prayer towards Obama. I am just tired of stars going out of their way to tell everybody what they believe in and who they are going to vote for. Now I know that nobody in their right mind would vote for anybody based on a celebrity’s views.
Yes, everybody has a right and freedom to express their opinion, like you and I are doing right now, but their opinions are expressed by mass media. It is making me not like the stars so much when I see them bash the President of the United States. When I go see a movie I want to go into fantasy land and knowing that they hate the President does not help.
Lyrics:
This is the time to finish what you started
And this is no time to dream
This is the room
We can turn off the dark tonight
Maybe then we might see
American Prayer
American Prayer
And this is the ground
That keeps our feet from getting wet
And this is the sky over our head
And what you see depends on where you stand
And how you jump will tell you where you’re gonna land
American Prayer
American Prayer
My oh my
Couldn’t get much higher
Lets not kick out the darkness
Make the lights brighter
And these are the hands
What are we gonna build with them?
This is the church you can’t see
Give me your tired, your poor and huddled masses
You know they’re yearning to breathe free
This is my American Prayer
American Prayer
American Prayer
When you get to the top of the mountain
Will you tell me what you see
If you get to the top of the mountain
Remember me

This American Prayer kind of seems like they are praying their own new unity prayer of hope to Obama. Like he will save them from all their problems, he will fix everything that is wrong with America.
Also the line, “This is the church that you can’t see,” is pretty scary. Now I am not sure if Obama is the anti-christ but we certainly are ready for him.
Obama is The One, Messiah, Citizen of the World, will heal the earth, and a leader that God has blessed us with. Obama gets worshiped constantly for nothing, because he is not President and has no real accomplishments to justify this outstanding praise. Pretty amazing that all of this has gone on about Obama.

Liberals finally find religion and this is how you welcome them? I kid, I kid.
“When I go see a movie I want to go into fantasy land and knowing that they hate the President does not help.”
Newsflash: 71% of the country hates the president. If you don’t, then you’re in fantasy land right now. I kid, I kid.
The worst part of the video in my opinion, aside from all of the “Believe” signs under a picture of Saint Obama, was the verse- “This is the church you can’t see”, and then a wind farm appears.
What really concerns me is how much faith liberal Obama supporters are putting into him. Not to mention the environmental movement. Most liberals claim to be secular in their beliefs, but they have indeed found a substitute for traditional religions in their hearts- that being the worship of mother earth, and to a lesser degree Barack Obama and/or the state of the world that could be if only the right people with the right ideas were in charge. Right now they seem to think that Obama is that person.
Not only are they certain to experience a potentially horrifying let down, but eventually their devotion to leftist leaders and ideals could help bring about the next imperial government that slaughters millions for “the common good”.
Good bye land of the free.
Yes I have seen this before, I do believe it was in 1959 in Cuba. Castro promised them “Change” and a better Cuba.
Wow, look at Cuba now. I am glad my father did not buy into Castro’s promises. I am a proud American, a conservative one not necessarily Republican though. This is my home and has been since 1962, my father left in 1959 from Cuba and it took him that long to get my mother and I out of Cuba. We wave our American flag not the Cuban flag on our flagpole. We are of Cuban blood and birth but American by choice. Obama is a smart, charming, and convincing man and people are flocking to him like some sort of saint, but they did to Castro too.
God help us all if he gets elected.
