More Hidden Taxes and Less Jobs with Obama’s Plan!

Published by allykat at 9:07 am under john mccain, obama, taxes Edit This

Obama wants to raise taxes on all products. Do you think things are expensive now? Obama wants to make it harder on the poor that are barely scraping by. Obama will take money from successful people and do whatever he wants with it. Taxing the “rich” really hurts the poor. Sure he will give them a welfare check, but that is only short term and the raising product prices will not help. Obama will raise the prices of all the products that you need, thereby hurting the poor the most!

Do you know how high taxes are in all the products you buy and how much you pay in taxes for that item? Remember, big corporations like Walmart do not pay taxes, they pass it on to the consumer. Walmart will not mind Obama’s high tax plans very much, because many small businesses will have to go out of business, so less competition for them.

Here is a link to thread in a forum that explains the hidden taxes in products we need:

  • 30% of bread price is taxes
  • 40% of beer is taxes
  • 82% of cigarettes is taxes
  • 40% of air plane ticket is taxes
  • 54% of gasoline prices is taxes
  • 43% of hotel room is taxes
  • 25% of restaurant meal is taxes
  • 38% of pizza is taxes
  • 72% of liquor is taxes
  • 50% of phone bill is taxes
  • 35% of a soda is taxes
  • 36% of tires is taxes

Expect to pay more in taxes for products with Obama’s plan. Where McCain wants to lower everybody’s taxes, so these taxes on products may stay the same or lower.

McCain’s plan will also create jobs faster than Obama’s:

Center for Data Analysis (CDA) analysts used an analytical tool that permits taxpayers and policymakers to see the side-by-side economic effects of the two plans:

  1. By 2018, McCain’s plan, which makes the Bush tax reductions permanent and lowers the tax rate on corporate profits, creates an additional 3,426,500 jobs. Senator Obama, however, raises taxes on many of the economy’s key investors and business owners. Job growth under his plan for that same year is lower, at 1,576,200.
  2. By 2018, GDP is $320.7 billion (after inflation) higher under the McCain plan than under Obama’s.
  3. Using the same model to evaluate both plans, our analysis shows that a family of four will have an average of $5,138 more in disposable income under McCain’s plan, and $3,631 more under Obama’s. This average increase in disposable income is the combination of lower taxes on the average family, higher employment, and increased growth under both plans.

Keep in mind that this analysis does not include the candidates’ spending plan! Obama wants to spend and spend, except on military and he does not explain how he will pay for all of his spending. McCain wants to spend a little too, but not nearly the amount of spending plans as Obama. McCain wants to cut many programs that are not working too. Limiting our military is a very dangerous thing especially when so many people want to bomb Americans any day.
