“Through the years of the tech boom of the late 90’s and the real estate boom of the 21^st century California’s economy expanded by leaps and bounds. This economic expansion lead to the growth of government as well, as a more profitable economy lead to more money paid in taxes.

The liberals in charge of California have saddled the economy to meet their agendas without paying head to any repercussions of the outcome of the burden to businesses and the employees and clients they serve. This microcosm of socialism, if the 8^th largest world economy can be considered a microcosm, has lead to an utter failure of government. With roads deteriorating, education near the bottom of national average, the state now faces a mass exodus, with 144,000 more people leaving the state than entering according to census estimates.

California’s liberal law makers want to solve the state’s problem the same way Obama wants to “change” America, with higher taxes, more regulation, and massive public works. While this does appeal to illegal aliens and others seeking dependence on government, this deters those seeking jobs from choosing California as a place of residence. Without income’s to tax where will California find the wealth it seeks to confiscate?

The failure’s of California’s government were lessons not learned by Obama and his liberal backers. They want government to solve economic problems through totalitarian force, rather than free trade and capitalism. Unfortunately, Obama and the liberals do not understand economies have laws and rules, similar to science. Just because they do not believe in supply and demand, does not mean those laws don’t exist. Reminiscent of those thought argued against Columbus’ notion of a spherical earth, Obama tells the American people to trust in his ideas even though they have been tried and failed in the state of California.”

I think The Right Guy is right on and I agree with everything he said. Plus, the Obama administration wants to create more Government jobs at every level and who pays the Government, taxpayers. If we only get government jobs then who will pay us? Somewhere it has to stop. The government’s job really should only be the military and defending America. The people know how to create jobs and grow the economy.
