First 100 Days of President Obama

Published by allykat at 6:37 pm under obama Edit This

What will President Obama do in his first 100 days in the White House? Throughout his campaign and after his election he made many promises and has a lot of top priorities. Well, I do not think he can get them all done right away. What will he do first, which promise is really his top priority?

I think it will be to push his bailout package of about 1 trillion dollars, forcing our children and grandchildren to be in a huge debt. I do not know why he is in such a hurry to push another bailout package, when the last one did not work and we do not even know where the money went.

Big government equals less individual freedoms for the people. There is no evidence that massive government spending works, only evidence that is does NOT work. I am praying President Obama will change his mind about putting us into a depression.

    Nice Blog Ally!
Though I did not vote for Obama, I respect him as our new President and pray for him constantly. I believe that he is a very sincere man. However, we see in life often that one can be sincere, yet sincerely wrong. I have been sincere with many things in my life, realizing later I was sincerely wrong and paid the consequences. We will see what happens. Regardless, I respect him as our nation’s leader and submit to his authority. God is still in control and this is all part of His divine plan. Our country is not only in an economic crisis right now, but in a moral and ethics crisis as well. May we as Americans humble ourselves and seek God for help. Our help comes from Him. True, lasting change, comes from God, who changes the heart. He is merciful, loving and forgiving to each person without partiality! I pray that there would be a revival and change of heart in America, that our nation would turn back to God and be a nation “Under God”.

“If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”
    2 Chronicles 7:14
