A Good Conversation for Liberals, Conservatives, and Independents!

Throughout this election process I have talked to many people about the issues and the candidates. It is always interesting to see how people respond when discussing politics. Here is a discussion that I found very interesting and very similar to the discussions that I have had. One person is voting for Obama and one person is voting for McCain. It gets pretty intense too, definitely a must read! The last response certainly makes me want to research even more!

I think Liberals, Conservatives, and Independents will all find this conversation interesting and a real eye opener!

One of the most important elections in America’s history occurs in a few days, it could change America for better or for worse.

God Bless America and our Freedoms!

Walid Phares Last National Security Comparison Before the Election

There are only a few days until the next President of the United States is elected. This is one of the most important elections. It will greatly determine our future and our children’s future. Our safety is in jeopardy and is the very most important issue. We have real enemies that hate America no matter what we do. Defending Americans comes before any other issue, because if we are dead then there will be no more worrying about other issues.

The views between the candidates of the worldwide war with Islamic terrorists is extremely different. Please read this 12 page PDF document by Walid Phares. Phares is an legitimate counter terrorism expert who examines the two candidates views in depth.

America’s safety and freedom is hanging on this election.

Shocking Statistics Show Democrat Presidents Lost More American Soldiers’ Lives!

Obama will bring more guaranteed war right off, Biden has prophesied it!

Obama is weak and does not have strong foreign policy experience. He still will Not admit he was wrong about the surge, his actions show that he is Pro-Palestine, he thinks Iran is a tiny threat, and it took him 3 times to get it right about Russia….

If Obama becomes Commander in Chief, one of the most powerful positions in the world he will not have McCain to copy. Biden has also been deeply wrong in his foreign policy experience too. It will be all Obama. Obama will have to decided when and who to send to war to die. That is a huge decision and is not above his pay grade!

It is very difficult to fight Islamic terrorists and our other enemies that want to kill all Americans. The Commander in Chief cannot be soft with appeasement. Just talking and appeasing does not work. Our enemies do not care about talk, when they teach their children to be homicide bombers to murder so many people including women and children! The Commander in Chief has to strike fear into the minds of our enemies with the threat of force. And we know that Obama wants unilateral nuclear disarmament around the world! Obama also wants to cut military spending! If we do not have the threat of force, then we are extremely vulnerable to our enemies.

The Republican party knows that the threat of force is powerful. Throughout the years the Republican Presidents have lost less American soldiers lives than the Democrat Presidents! It is Shocking!

God Bless our soldiers for paying the ultimate sacrifice for America’s great freedoms!

Freedom is not free!

Thank You all!

McCain Won the Final Presidential Debate!

John McCain won the final Presidential debate last night! John McCain was strong and threw out some great lines. He really went after Barack Obama!

I really liked that John McCain looked right at Obama and said, I am not Bush, if you wanted to run against Bush then you should of ran 4 years ago! Haha!

John McCain threw Joe the Plumber in Obama’s face. Obama doesn’t care about Joe the Plumber, meaning he doesn’t care about hard working families trying to reach success.

Obama wants to take from Joe and give it to others, wealth distribution. Obama wants to take the idea of success, no one will strive for success under Obama’s plan. John McCain wants everybody to have choice and freedom to be able to start and expand their business, with lower taxes for everybody. Have you seen that Joe the Plumber was on ABC with Diane Sawyer!

Obama wants high taxes, big Government, and less freedoms.

McCain wants lower taxes, small Government, and more freedoms.

McCain Won 2nd Presidential Debate!

Did you hear the question that asked about what sacrifices we will have to make?

McCain said we will have to cut programs that are not working and stop earmarks that are shamefully plugged into larger bills. Obama tells us that we need to think of ways to conserve energy. And Obama wants all people to join the Peace corps.

Obama does not want to cut everybody’s taxes, he does not want true fairness. McCain does not want to raise taxes on anybody during our economic times.

McCain repeatedly said to look at their records, because you will see how they really feel about the issues and get a feel for their judgment and character.

So Obama is going to fine people if businesses do not provide healthcare and fine parents if they do not provide healthcare for their children. Plus, after McCain asked him how much, Obama still did not answer. And Obama said for the second time that he does not want people with asthma going to the emergency room. I do not want Obama choosing for me whether I can or cannot go to the emergency room. McCain wants to give everybody the Choice of healthcare, $5,000 credit, and make sure that it is affordable for everyone.

McCain does not want to quit in Iraq. He does not want to give in to terrorism, which could cause more attacks on American soil. McCain says never again to a holocaust. Obama wants to stop spending money on the military. Obama does not want a holocaust either, but does not want to stop it when it is not possible, deemed by him. Obama keeps giving two answers to everything and keeps changing his mind, that way he can have both ways and not be blamed for either.

I thought McCain answered the last question about what he does not know the best! Obama just talked in circles, because he will be learning on the job as President. McCain said he does not know the future or whether we will be attacked by terrorists again. McCain has the strong character and judgment to react correctly in such an tragedy, which has been proven again and again.

McCain won the debate overall. Obama just talked in circles about points he has been taught to talk about.

Vote for McCain/Palin 2008!

Presidential Debate Reaction

So I thought I might share my news with you, that I was on the news giving my Presidential debate reaction.Smile As I mentioned before I went to the Republican Party debate watching party. It was held in a grill and bar restaurant in a hotel. They set up the patio as a private party just for us with nice table and chairs and they had two TV’s for our Presidential Debate viewing pleasure.

Fox News and the CW News came to report the event. During the debate they interviewed 10 to 12 people and I was one of them! Fox News asked me about 7 questions, about the debate, McCain going to Washington to help the bailout problem, Foreign Policy, and the Economy. It was really exciting and nerve-wracking too. I must of talked to them for 5 minutes or more.

CW News asked me around 5 questions about the same issues. And then they asked me if I wanted to ad anything else I wanted in the end. I threw out that I have this blog, Conservativeally.today.com, but they edited it out of course, at least I tried. Smile I also threw out more about McCain and how he is the right man for the job and for the economy.

The news stations aired my interview at 11p.m. that night and both stations let me say a few sentences, so I am happy that it wasn’t just 2 words or something. One news station even showed my name with McCain supporter beneath it! I felt really cool to represent the Republican Party a little bit and the fact that it said McCain supporter beneath my name was so exciting!

Presidential Debate Tonight!

I am excited about the Presidential debate tonight! I am going to the Republican Party debate watching party at a hotel too! The focus will be on foreign policy, which McCain will be able to kick Obama’s ass on.

Of course the economy will probably be talked about and I think McCain has an upper hand given the fact that he went to help the bailout problem in Washington without being asked. Obama said, call me when you need me. And Bush had to call him. That does not look good. Obama needed to keep running his campaign to meet his $100 million a month fundraising mark and perhaps he needed to cram for this debate tonight. Now he did not get to study as much as he needed, so the debate is going to be exciting.

Also the bailout plan may be announced at midnight tonight, so it is a exciting night!

Fred Thompson’s and Joe Lieberman’s Great Support for McCain!

I just watched the Republican National Convention and enjoyed listening to President Bush speak about the man America needs for the next President, John McCain. The RNC had a tribute to Ronal Reagan. It is just amazing how Reagan is very similar to McCain. Reagan was against high taxes, communism, and big government. McCain believes in these principals as well. I think McCain is becoming more and more conservative, just like Reagan did.

I really liked when Fred Thompson said, that Obama is not going to tax you, only businesses. So if you don’t buy anything from a business or get a paycheck from a business then you will not be affected. If you do not want to be affected by many high taxes then vote for John McCain. Fred Thompson also said that being a prisoner of war and tortured terribly for years is not a requirement to be the President, but it does show character. It shows McCain’s deep love for America, his strength, honor, duty, wisdom, and courage. God bless him. (Fred Thompson speech)

Country First

Joe Lieberman said we should not need a hurricane to bring Democrats and Republicans together. Other nations see us fighting each other instead of standing together as Americans! Joe Lieberman is a Democrat and he knows that the country matters more than the party and that America must be safe and prosper. I also love that Joe Lieberman gave a warning to not be fooled by the false advertisements about John McCain. John McCain and Sarah Palin truly are the reform and change ticket.(Joe Lieberman speech)

I very happy right now and have great hope that McCain/Palin will be elected and keep America safe and remain the greatest nation!

We are all Americans

May God Bless all of those that are affected by the Hurricane Gustav. Do to the hurricane the Republican convention’s activities were limited. Only a few people got together to constitute it as the convention. The Republican convention will continue on a day by day basis. Laura Bush and Cindy McCain did speak briefly about hurricane Gustav mostly.

I like the line,  “As John has been saying for the last several days, this is a time when we take off our Republican hats and put on our American hats”(cnn.com ). We are all Americans and must respect and care for each other more. May you all be safe with your families tonight.
